April 26, 2004 10:42 IST
An approximate two to five per cent of the 3.36 crore electorate cast its vote on Monday within first two hours of second phase of polling opening in 24 Lok Sabha constituencies in Maharashtra. Prominent among the early voters were the speaker of the dissolved Lok Sabha, Manohar Joshi; Congress' nominee in Mumbai North-West, Sunil Dutt; and the party's candidate in Mumbai South, Milind Deora.
