Briefing reporters after the meeting, CLP secretary Karianna said that the chief minister spoke of the 'good administration' provided his government despite three successive years of drought and the Centre's 'step motherly treatment'. Krishna, he said, also referred to the 'favourable atmosphere' that prevailed for the party. Krishna would reply to the debate on the budget on February 12.
