Rabri to resign today

Bihar Chief Minister Rabri Devi will tender her resignation at 11am on Monday.
Rabri Devi, accompanied by her husband and Rashtriya Janata Dal president Lalu Prasad Yadav, will meet Governor Buta Singh at Raj Bhavan to submit the resignation, sources at the chief minister's residence said.

The election verdict in Bihar threw up a hung assembly on Sunday.
No party or political alliance has more than 100 seats in the 243 seat assembly.
The RJD and its allies have 82 seats, while the Bharatiya Janata Party-Janata Dal (U) combine won 91.
The Congress has 10 seats and Ramvilas Paswan's Lok Janshakti Party has 30.
