'I love such shocks!'Gulshan Grover has won the BBC Asian Award. The award will be presented to him on March 25, at Birmingham NEC Arena, London. The BBC Asian Awards are competitive as well as non-competitive. Asians are given awards in various categories like sports, documentaries, film, writing, and so on. Awards are also given to honour achievements. "They have chosen to honour me for my contribution in Indian as well as international cinema," a proud Gulshan Grover told rediff.com. "And I'm very happy and excited about it." British Prime Minister Tony Blair and some ministers are expected to be present at the awards ceremony. "I don't know whether they will be there or not, but if they are, my day will be made!" exclaims Grover. "I was not expecting this award at all. It was a pleasant shock. I love these kinds of shocks. I don't mind getting more of them!" Gulshan Grover's forthcoming films are Rajkumar Santoshi's Lajja, Umesh Mehra's Yeh Mohabbat Hai, Kundan Shah's Kasam Se and Prakash Jha's Rahul.
