Nadeem, who is currently settled in London, on Monday said that he has received an official intimation from the London high court to that effect.
Britain's House of Lords had earlier turned down an appeal by the Government of India seeking a review of the decision of a London high court decision, which ruled against Nadeem's extradition to stand trial in the Gulshan Kumar murder case.
The court had ordered Nadeem be 'discharged forthwith in relation to the offences in respect of which his return is sought by the Union of India'.
The Bollywood music director on Monday said, "I am very happy. The reimbursement of legal cost is a further victory. Justice does exist. I have got justice in the UK court. I hope to get justice from the Indian courts as well."
