IAF plane crashes near Ambala

A Jaguar fighter aircraft of the Indian Air Force crashed shortly after taking off from the Ambala airbase on Friday.

Both pilots bailed out and there was no report of any casualty, official sources said.

The plane crashed in the fields in Manmohan Nagar, 3km from Ambala city, around 1640 IST.
