Monica Bedi [Images], Bollywood starlet and girlfriend of underworld don Abu Salem [Images], who was extradited along with the gangster, was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation, sources said.
Bedi would be produced in a Mumbai court Friday afternoon, the sources said adding, then she would be transferred to Bhopal for trial on a transit remand.
She will be taken to Hyderabad on Friday evening.
Salem and Bedi face criminal charges for obtaining passports under fake names.

Bedi has been extradited in two cases, including a passport forgery case in Kurnool (Andhra Pradesh) and another case in Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh).
Monica's passport (No B 5802508) was issued in the name of Sana Malik Kamal, on September 20, 2001, mentioning her residential address as H. No 10/102 B, Babu Goundar Street, Kurnool, and her year of birth as 1974.
The Regional Passport Office, Hyderabad informed the CBI that the passports issued to Salem and Monica were revoked in March 2002.
