A Delhi court on Monday allowed late Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan's son Rahul, who was allegedly involved in a drug abuse case, to go to Mumbai after July 31, once the brain mapping tests have been conducted on him by the Delhi Police.
Allowing Rahul's application seeking permission to leave the capital, Special Judge S N Gupta said he can leave Delhi only after the tests were completed.
Police said the tests were scheduled to be conducted on July 26 and 27. The court said if the tests were not done before July 31, he will have to wait till their completion.
