Among those injured in the twin blasts in Hyderabad are three sisters -- aged between 33 and 36 -- who were near Gokul Chats to buy rakhis for their brother.

Lakshmi , Anuradha and Meena are all admitted to the Care Hospital in Hyderabad and are undergoing treatment.

While Meena and Anuradha lie side by side in the General ward, Lakshmi is still in the intensive care unit and not regained consciousness as yet.

"I was on my way to buy rakhis for my brothers, Vijay Kumar and Nagraj," said Meena.

"All of a sudden there was this deafening noise and I heard people screaming. I felt some kind of an impact on my face and after that I don't remember anything," she added.

Her sister Anuradha says she feels grateful to the blessings of God and her family that she and her sisters survived. Narrating the incident, Anuradha said that even she could not recollect much. "Bodies were strewn and several people were crying for help. The impact was quite severe and I felt as though something hard had hit me on my face," Anuradha added.

Their father Yadgiri Rao, who sits by their bedside, says that all his thoughts are with his third daughter Lakshmi who is in ICU. He says that he hopes she regains conciseness. "I am really eager to talk to her, " he said.

The family however complained that there was no immediate help after the blasts. For at least an hour they were stranded with no help coming their way. The family had to make several calls before help actually came their way. However, once at the hospital, they were taken care of well, the father said.
