Injecting some humour in the Lok Sabha debate on the trust vote, Rashtriya Janata Dal leader and Union Railways Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav took a dig at the Left parties, saying they were in a 'state of depression'.
Lalu said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh [Images] had the courage to bring a trust vote and chided the Opposition for not daring to bring a no-confidence motion against the government.

Members burst into peals of laughter when Lalu recalled a hit song from Hindi film -- 'Humey tum se pyaar tha'-- to signal that relations with the Left will remain cordial.
"Char saal pehle humey tumsey pyaar tha, aaj bhi hai aur kal bhi rahega (we were in love four years ago, and so we will be today and tomorrow)," said Lalu, modifying the lyrics of the popular film song.
