As a build up to the FIFA World Cup in Germany [Images], Discovery channel will show a six-part series chronicling the emergence of great teams and players in collaboration with FIFA, the world governing body for football.
The series, to be shown at 9 pm IST on Fridays from April 28, would have exclusive footage from FIFA's film archive and recollections from the greats of the game including Franz Beckenbauer, Zinedane Zidane, Michel Platini [Images] and Dino Zoff, a media release said on Wednesday.
The series titled "More Than a Game" is to feature great teams like Brazil [Images], Argentina, Germany, Italy [Images], France [Images] and England [Images], the release added.
