Chandra ousted in snooker singles

India's promising youngster Manan Chandra crashed out of the snooker singles event in the Asian Games when he lost 1-3 to Cambodia's Neang Tola in the quarter-final on Saturday.

The 21-year-old Chandra had progressed to the quarter-finals with a commendable 63-9, 32-80, 70-14, 69-30 victory over the higher rated Marco Ka Chun Fu of China.
