Compuware, Microland sign dealCompuware Asia Pacific Private Limited has announced the appointment of Microland Limited, one of India's leading networking service providers, as the distributor of EcoSCOPE in the Indian subcontinent.The announcement is part of Compuware's expansion plans into India. EcoSCOPE is part of Compuware's comprehensive end-to-end networked application management solution called EcoSYSTEM, comprising EcoTOOLS, EcoSCOPE and FaultXPERT.
Using non-intrusive monitors, EcoSCOPE provides extensive information on what distributed applications are running on one's network and what the end-to-end performance for one's business-distributed applications are. EcoSCOPE allows one to establish and maintain application service levels, to project future network capacity and perform 'what-if' analysis. It discovers about 1,500 applications and any customised applications and measures response times and traffic loads. Long-term trend analysis is possible through continuous monitoring and automatic report generation for dozens of built-in reports, including latency, response time, Internet traffic and alarms.
